How proceeds are divided, who has authority to sell, and how any court order or agreement affects the sale are matters for your attorneys. We follow the closing instructions the parties and the closing agent provide.

No yard sign, no listing photos of your home online, and no public price history. For some sellers that privacy matters more than anything else about the process.
